Return & Exchange Policy
Returns and Exchanges:
We're proud to offer a straightforward return and exchange policy within three days of delivery. Should you wish to return or exchange a product, kindly reach out to our customer support via our portal, email us at firstname.lastname@example.org, or send us a message on Instagram @mfoks_india.
Please be aware that, under normal circumstances, products are generally not eligible for return, unless there's a manufacturing defect. Fabrics, once shipped, cannot be returned unless the issue pertains to a manufacturing defect. Furthermore, both stitched and unstitched suits are exempt from returns, except for cases involving manufacturing defects.
In instances of color variation where there is no product defect, we offer an exchange-only policy. In such cases, the customer is responsible for bearing the reverse shipping cost of INR 200. Following the product's return and assessment, we'll issue a discount coupon to the customer. This coupon can be used for a single purchase within one year of issuance.
Once we receive the returned product(s) and confirm they're in their original condition, we'll initiate the refund process. It's important to note that refunds will not be issued for products that are returned in unsatisfactory condition or have been visibly worn.
Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable for both COD and PREPAID orders.
For COD/Prepaid payments, a coupon code equivalent to your order's value will be provided. This coupon will be valid for one year from the date of issuance.
Colour Variation Disclaimer:
Please be aware that the actual product's color may slightly vary from what's shown on our website due to lighting effects. We strive to depict our products accurately, but some variance in color might occur.
You may cancel your order as long as it hasn't been dispatched from our warehouse.
To uphold rigorous hygiene standards, certain product categories, including Fabrics, aren't eligible for returns. M’foks reserves the right to adjust the products or categories to which this policy applies without prior notice.
Once a product has been exchanged and delivered, no further exchanges or refunds will apply to that order.
