Return & Exchange Policy

At Mfoks Fabrics & Clothing, we want you to love what you receive. If something isn’t quite right, here’s how you can return it:


Eligibility for Returns

  • Return requests must be raised within 3 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, uncut, and in original packaging.

  • Only non-customized, non-sale items are eligible for return.

  • Cut fabric, custom lengths, and clearance sale items are not eligible.


Reverse Pickup & Return Charges

  • We provide reverse pickup service at most pin codes.

  • A ₹150 return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund/store credit.

  • If reverse pickup is not available, you may self-ship the product.

Refunds & Store Credit

  • Refunds are issued as store credit in the form of a gift card or coupon code.

  • Store credit is processed after the returned item passes quality check.

  • Refund to the original payment method is not applicable, except in cases of defective or incorrect delivery.


Exchange Policy

  • We do not offer direct exchanges.

  • To exchange, place a new order using your store credit once the return is processed.


Non-Returnable Items

  • Fabrics sold by meter or customized cuts

  • Sale/discounted items

  • Products with minor color/texture variations due to the handmade nature (e.g., handloom, block prints, ikat)


Important Fabric Disclaimer

Due to the artisanal nature of many of our fabrics, minor irregularities in print, weave, or shade are not considered defects but a hallmark of handcrafted textiles.
