📦 Order Processing Time
All orders are processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
🚚 Domestic Shipping (Within India)
We ship across India using trusted courier partners such as Delhivery, Bluedart, DTDC, and other reliable logistics providers.

Orders are shipped via DHL, FedEx, UPS, or ShipGlobal depending on destination and service availability.

- Customers are responsible for customs charges unless shipment is marked DDP (Duty Paid)

📍 Incorrect Address / Delivery Attempts / Non-Acceptance
Please ensure your shipping address and contact details are accurate at checkout.
Mfoks is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect address details, unreachable phone numbers, or failed delivery attempts.
If an order is returned due to non-acceptance or incorrect address, a ₹150 reverse shipping fee will be deducted, and the remaining amount will be issued as store credit.
