Return / Refund
Your purchase is eligible for exchange only if it meets the following conditions: -
• All Products which are on SALE are not valid for return unless its a manufacturing defect.
• Fabrics once cut cannot be returned unless its a manufacturing defect.
• All Stitched suits and Unstitched suits are not eligible for return unless it manufacturing defect.
In case the products delivered carry genuine manufacturing/quality defects, you will be required to share a photograph to our whatsapp number (+91 7597878011) as soon as you unpack the items, and request a return within the next 48 Hours.
The products are only eligible for a refund in cases of a) incorrect deliveries b) damaged goods - Refunds or Exchanges are not allowed in case of colour preferences and change of mind or intentionally damaged .
If your purchase meets our return criteria stated above, please contact our care team within 48 hours of delivery with the following information: -
Order number - Delivery address - Specify the reason for return and in case of a defective or incorrect product, please send us an image of the item.

A reverse pick-up will be scheduled within 3-4 business days. Please ensure that the product you return is unused, unworn and the original tags are intact.Please note that international orders are not eligible for returns.
Shipping in India
- We deliver in almost every part of India (subject to confirmation from courier vendor).
- All orders are eligible for free shipping.
- Cash on delivery is not available in order to maintain sustainability and quality of our products.
it takes approx. 3 - 7 working days to deliver your product at your doorstep. Sometimes delivery may take longer due to Bad weather, Flight delays, Political disruptions, other unforeseen circumstances.
In such cases, our customer support proactively will be in touch with you. Also, we will not be able to compensate for any mental agony caused due to delay in delivery.
