Due to the natural characteristics of textiles and evolving fashion standards, customers are kindly requested to review the following important terms before purchase.

1. No Guarantee on Fabric Longevity

We do not provide any guarantee or warranty on long-term durability, lifespan, or performance of fabrics or finished garments. This includes — but is not limited to — color retention, shine, silk finish, softness, print quality, embroidery strength, zari, sequins, beads, mirrors, chains, trims, or other decorative elements.

Fabric behavior over time may vary depending on wear frequency, washing method, ironing heat, climate, handling, and storage conditions.

2. Fast Fashion & Trend Disclaimer

Many of our collections are curated under fast-fashion and trend-based categories, intended to offer premium aesthetics at accessible pricing. Customers are advised not to expect lifetime durability or long-term performance guarantees on specific fabrics, garments, prints, or design elements.

3. Natural Variations in Fabric & Appearance

Minor variations in color tone, print placement, weave texture, embroidery alignment, sheen, or finish may occur due to:

Handcrafted or artisanal production processes
Dyeing and printing techniques
Fabric fiber characteristics
Lighting conditions during photography
Differences in screen displays or monitor calibration

These variations are not considered defects, but rather a reflection of authentic craftsmanship and textile individuality.

4. Washing & Cleaning Responsibility

Improper washing or cleaning may result in color fading, shrinkage, texture change, or surface damage. We strongly recommend:

Dry cleaning for silk-look, zari, organza, embellished, embroidered, or delicate fabrics
Cold gentle wash for cotton and everyday fabrics
Avoiding bleach, harsh detergents, or excessive soaking
Washing darker shades separately to prevent color transfer

We shall not be liable for damage caused by improper washing or cleaning methods.

5. Ironing & Heat Damage Disclaimer

Different fabrics require different heat levels. Excessive heat can permanently damage fibers, prints, embroidery, zari, or fabric texture.

Use low heat for silk-look, polyester, georgette, organza, chiffon, and embellished fabrics
Use medium heat for cotton and linen-textured fabrics
Avoid ironing directly over sequins, beads, zari, prints, or embroidery
Prefer ironing on the reverse side or using a press cloth

We shall not accept responsibility for iron burns, shine marks, melted fibers, or heat damage.

6. Dyeing, Shrinkage & Processing Disclaimer

For dyeable, unfinished, or raw fabrics:

Shrinkage of 3–10% may occur
Final dye results depend on dye quality, process, water composition, and technician skill
We do not guarantee exact shade outcomes after dyeing or processing

Customers are advised to test a sample piece before full processing. No claims will be accepted for post-dyeing results.

7. Embellishments, Handwork & Decorative Care

Fabrics with handwork, zari, sequins, beads, mirrors, pearls, or thread embroidery require gentle handling. Over time, some loosening or wear may naturally occur due to friction or regular use.

Such wear is considered a natural characteristic of embellished fabrics and not a manufacturing defect.

8. Usage & Wear Performance Disclaimer

Fabric performance and appearance after stitching may vary depending on:

Garment structure and tailoring method
Body friction and movement
Climate and humidity
Storage and wear frequency

We do not guarantee garment durability, fall, comfort, or performance after stitching.

9. Returns & Complaints Policy

Returns, refunds, or complaints will not be accepted for issues caused by:

Washing, ironing, or dyeing damage
Color fading or shade changes over time
Natural wear and tear
Embellishment loosening or surface texture changes
Customer handling or processing errors
