Request a return within 7 days of delivery for fabric that is unused, unwashed and uncut, in original condition. A ₹150 reverse-pickup fee is deducted, and the refund goes to your original payment method.
Fabric that has been cut, stitched or dyed after delivery can't be returned. Damaged or wrong items are always returnable at no cost — message us within 24 hours with photos. The ₹99 COD fee is non-refundable.
Dry clean recommended for embroidered, zari, sequin and embellished fabrics. Iron on low heat on the reverse side, and store folded in a cotton cloth away from damp.
Minor variations in colour, print placement and embroidery spacing are natural. Embellishments such as zari, sequins and beads may show gentle wear with use. Colour may look slightly different on screen than in daylight.

Tissu Crêpe Naturel RFD (Prêt à Teindre) de qualité supérieure, conçu pour offrir un drapé souple et fluide avec une texture crêpe légèrement froissée. Bien qu'il ne soit pas fabriqué à partir de soie pure ou de fibres de crêpe naturelles, ce tissu offre un aspect crêpe naturel luxueux avec une durabilité améliorée, un tombé lisse et une qualité constante.
Conçu pour une excellente absorption de la teinture, ce tissu produit des résultats de couleur riches, vibrants et uniformes, ce qui le rend idéal pour la teinture personnalisée, l'impression, la broderie et le travail de surface de créateur. Sa structure légère mais gracieuse assure un mouvement élégant et un confort dans les vêtements finis.
