Request a return within 7 days of delivery for fabric that is unused, unwashed and uncut, in original condition. A ₹150 reverse-pickup fee is deducted, and the refund goes to your original payment method.
Fabric that has been cut, stitched or dyed after delivery can't be returned. Damaged or wrong items are always returnable at no cost — message us within 24 hours with photos. The ₹99 COD fee is non-refundable.
Dry clean recommended for embroidered, zari, sequin and embellished fabrics. Iron on low heat on the reverse side, and store folded in a cotton cloth away from damp.
Minor variations in colour, print placement and embroidery spacing are natural. Embellishments such as zari, sequins and beads may show gentle wear with use. Colour may look slightly different on screen than in daylight.

Tissu de première qualité Royal Silk Santoon RFD (prêt à teindre), confectionné sur une base de fibre de filament de polyester pour obtenir une texture lisse, douce et soyeuse avec un drapé riche et élégant. Conçu pour reproduire l'aspect raffiné du santoon de soie traditionnel, ce tissu offre une finition luxueuse avec une durabilité améliorée et un entretien facile.
Conçu pour une excellente absorption de la teinture, ce tissu permet d'obtenir des couleurs profondes, vibrantes et durables. Ce tissu est fabriqué à partir de fibres synthétiques de polyester et est conçu pour ressembler à l'apparence du santoon de soie traditionnel. Ce n'est pas de la soie pure. Les résultats de la teinture peuvent varier en fonction du processus de teinture, de la qualité de l'eau et de la technique. Un rétrécissement d'environ 5 à 7 % lors de la teinture ou du lavage est naturel.
