Request a return within 7 days of delivery for fabric that is unused, unwashed and uncut, in original condition. A ₹150 reverse-pickup fee is deducted, and the refund goes to your original payment method.
Fabric that has been cut, stitched or dyed after delivery can't be returned. Damaged or wrong items are always returnable at no cost — message us within 24 hours with photos. The ₹99 COD fee is non-refundable.
Dry clean recommended for embroidered, zari, sequin and embellished fabrics. Iron on low heat on the reverse side, and store folded in a cotton cloth away from damp.
Minor variations in colour, print placement and embroidery spacing are natural. Embellishments such as zari, sequins and beads may show gentle wear with use. Colour may look slightly different on screen than in daylight.

Tissu jacquard tissé « tissue » de qualité supérieure, fabriqué à partir de fil de polyester, conçu pour offrir une texture luxueuse semblable à de la soie avec un éclat métallique raffiné. Le motif jacquard tissé confère une surface riche, élégante et un attrait artisanal de qualité supérieure, le rendant idéal pour les tenues de fête et la haute couture.
Bien que non fabriqué en pure soie, ce tissu offre un aspect haut de gamme inspiré de la soie avec une durabilité, une résistance au froissement et un éclat durable améliorés. Son corps légèrement rigide et son drapé structuré le rendent parfait pour les saris, dupattas, lehengas, chemisiers, kurtis, tenues de fête et vêtements de créateurs.
