About this fabric
A pure cotton handloom woven on traditional looms, with a fine multicolour stripe running through a soft lavender ground. Because the stripes are woven from dyed yarn rather than printed on the surface, the pattern reads the same on both faces and softens with washing instead of fading off the top.
The hand is light and matte with the slight irregularity that comes from hand weaving. Small variations in the weave are characteristic of handloom cloth, not faults.
Best for
Kurtas, shirts, everyday dresses, co-ord sets, quilting and general sewing.
Good to know
Sold by the running metre, cut as one continuous piece. Handloom is woven in limited lots, so buy your full length in one order if you need shades to match.
