Request a return within 7 days of delivery for fabric that is unused, unwashed and uncut, in original condition. A ₹150 reverse-pickup fee is deducted, and the refund goes to your original payment method.
Fabric that has been cut, stitched or dyed after delivery can't be returned. Damaged or wrong items are always returnable at no cost — message us within 24 hours with photos. The ₹99 COD fee is non-refundable.
Dry clean recommended for embroidered, zari, sequin and embellished fabrics. Iron on low heat on the reverse side, and store folded in a cotton cloth away from damp.
Minor variations in colour, print placement and embroidery spacing are natural. Embellishments such as zari, sequins and beads may show gentle wear with use. Colour may look slightly different on screen than in daylight.

Premium Satin Silk heavy-quality fabric, crafted on a polyester filament fiber base to achieve a smooth, glossy satin finish with a rich silk-inspired look. Although not made from pure silk, this fabric delivers a luxurious sheen, fluid drape, and elegant fall suitable for premium ethnic and occasion wear.
With a heavier construction (approximately 120 grams per meter), this fabric offers a structured yet flowy body, making it ideal for garments that require a rich silhouette and refined presence. Designed for excellent color depth, it ensures vibrant, long-lasting dyed shades.

This fabric is made from polyester-based synthetic filament fiber and is designed to replicate the appearance of traditional silk satin. It is not pure silk. Minor shrinkage (approx. 5%) may occur after washing or dyeing. Actual color and shine may vary based on lighting, screen settings, and finishing process.
